Martin and Debbie Anderson set up Carrot Pharma Recruitment in 2006 and started recruiting for pharma roles they used to do themselves. They saw gaps in the services they were receiving as hiring managers and wanted to offer genuine pharmaceutical industry knowledge and a quality service with a friendly innovative spin.
