Our R&D pipeline consists of three clinical programs and one preclinical program. Our lead candidate is in late-stage global studies for AL amyloidosis (NEOD001). In addition to AL amyloidosis, Prothena’s pipeline targets a number of indications including Parkinson’s disease (PRX002), inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis (PRX003), and ATTR amyloidosis (PRX004).
